Our Story
A small room,
one thing done right.
Forty-four seats. A family that has never wanted more than that. We built this place around duck — gỏi vịt, mì vịt tiềm, lẩu vịt nấu chao — the dishes that get made when everyone comes home.
The bánh bèo we serve is the recipe from Huế, where it was born. People tell us it is the best they have had outside of Vietnam. We are not going to argue with them. We are just going to keep making it the same way.
